sfz format mapping of Kingston's Easyrider and Ruffrider drum kits

For latest news on where to get the samples, please see this thread on K-v-R.

Easyrider

I've produced a zip file containing the sfz format mapping and a text version of the following information.

The zip archive contains a directory, "sfz format". The entire directory should be placed inside the Easyrider directory, alongside the subdirectories for the proprietry mappings and the Samples directory. If you put it somewhere else, you'll need to edit the location of the samples in the mapping file.

This kit does not follow Kingston's mapping!! The mapping is as follows:

(C4 = middle C)

A1 - Drummer move noise
B1 - Blue kick
C2 - Kick
C#2 - Stick on stick
D2 - Ludwig snare
D#2 - Ludwig snare rim (D#4 up)
    - Ludwig snare edge (D#4 down)
E2 - Wood snare
F2 - Wood snare rim (F4 up)
    - Wood snare edge (F4 down)
F#2 - Hihat closed (there are 7 velocity layers with a
random sample picked for 6 of them)
G#2 - Hihat muted (6 layers, 5 with a random sample)
A#2 - Hihat open (velocity to amp; random choice of 2 samples)
(there's a mute group on the hihats)
C#3 - Crash 1 (2 layers)
D#3 - Ride (9 layers, 2 with a random sample)
F3 - Ride bell (4 layers)
G3 - Splash open (G4 up)
    - Splash muted (G4 down)
A3 - Crash 2 open (A4 up, 2 layers)
    - Crash 2 muted (A4 down, random choice of 2 samples)
